Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3-4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until the dough comes together. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour until it comes together.
